Stop trying so hard to reach your goal
with these 5 foundational steps to manifest with ease and confidence
Society pushes you to chase external goals—get the job, the house, the partner, the status. But what happens when you achieve those things and still feel… off? Or when life throws a curveball, and suddenly you’re left feeling disconnected, dissatisfied, and unsure of who you are or what to do next?
That’s the real problem. You’re so busy trying to fit into the world’s version of “success” that you lose sight of yourself.
That’s where True Self Alignment comes in.
This course is about rewiring your foundation so it’s rooted in you—your true self, your desires, your unique gifts. We start with five powerful questions:
Who are you, really?
What do you actually want?
What are your unique gifts?
How do you want to get there?
What would your true self do?
These questions will guide you to rebuild your life from the inside out—so you’re no longer chasing someone else’s version of success but creating your own path, one that feels authentic and fulfilling.
This is about:
Reclaiming your inner authority so you’re no longer looking outside yourself for answers.
Trusting your intuition and letting it guide your decisions.
Feeling whole, grounded, and completely in alignment with who you are.
Here’s the truth: you already have the power to shift everything. The love, the money, the energy, the ease—it’s all within reach because you’re designed to thrive when you’re being your true self.
Imagine waking up every day feeling confident, clear, and deeply connected to what matters most. Imagine having a rock-solid foundation that keeps you centered no matter what life throws at you.
In this course, I’ll help you unearth the blind spots that are keeping you stuck, release the blocks that are repelling success, and tap into the abundance, clarity, and grounded confidence that are already within you.
So, if you’re ready to stop chasing and start aligning—if you’re ready to create a life that feels as good as it looks—let’s do this.
The basic premise of “being yourself” means you need to stop striving to be a better, smarter, more perfect, more worthy, more successful version of yourself.
And I was confused and lost as fuck.
I WANTED to be myself- desperately.
But I literally just had no fucking idea how; I just didn’t really know what that meant.
It took me SO LONG to figure this out. To understand that the clue all along was literally in the term:
Not DO yourself (get your head out of the gutter) I mean as in “doing” a rendition of yourself, putting on a performance of a more put together, a more effortless, a more healed, a happier version of you.
Being you starts small, and starts young.
We don’t realize how much we start bending and shaping our identities around others, exiling parts of us that were laughed at, rejected, or punishable.
We start to lose our touch to the simple likes and dislikes, something as small as “what’s your favorite color?”
Do you not give it much thought and say blue or red because it’s popular?
Do you say rainbow because you want the kid to like you and you want them to see that you like their favorite color too?
Do you say glitter gold because it’s just so you and you embrace your “you-ness” that others say is “extra”?
This isn’t a complete condemnation of our socialization- after all it’s the same process that instills the importance of eating fruits and veggies, that makes it not cool to bully or hurt animals, that makes you want to care and be empathetic to your friend, or inspire you to live your life intentionally.
