People online love talking about divine feminine energy, manifestation, and receiving...
But no one is talking about HOW to actually be in your feminine (that's not just wear more dresses and let men pay for dates) because they don’t understand the actual energetics behind it.
When it comes to feminine energy, there’s 2 sides to it:
the light & the shadows (often referred to the light feminine and dark feminine energy)
And both are DIVINE.
It’s the yin and yang within the larger yin and yang of masculine/ feminine energy
But the JOURNEY for most women to tapping into their divine feminine energy typically starts with:
1. The Wounded Feminine
or
2. The Distorted Feminine
The wounded feminine is the woman who says, “I just can’t do it, I’m not good enough, I don’t know how and I need to be saved”
The distorted feminine (which is where I see most women and where I have been for most of my life) says, “I can do it all by myself and I SHOULD do it all by myself! I need to prove I am JUST AS GOOD as a man and I definitely don’t need a man or want any help”
The healed & embodied feminine says:
This 3 part masterclass will go in depth and at length on healing the feminine and will give you guidance in how to shift into your embodied feminine.
meet the wounded & distorted feminine
the gifts of the 7 feminine archetypes
how "what it is" turns into "what it looks like"
Growing up, I was a tomboy- I wanted to wear converses, dig up worms in the sandbox at recess, play kickball, and resented all things pink
When I got my period, it was worse- I really hated that girls had to go through this major inconvenience, I had some dark days from body image and disordered eating habits, and the narrative all around was “it sucks to be a girl”
Then at 14, I was s€xually assaulted and already having a negative view on men, it broke all sense of safety and autonomy I had in my body and hated the hypervigilance that seemed inherent to the female experience
Hearing all the stories of sexism in workplaces, the glass ceilings, and the “me too” movement highlighted even more how SHITTY and UNLUCKY women are to be women
But what if it wasn’t?
It’s taken me 25 years to finally start understanding what it means for me to be a woman and the power of feminine energy
To finally clearly see the beauty of women
To cherish the energy and intuitive gifts of women
To value the presence and emotional depth of women
To honor the gift of our bodies and its wonders
To see, appreciate, and use the advantages of being a woman
To feel safe in being seen- in dressing and expressing- as a woman
To want to love deeply as a fully embodied woman
To grow up and claim my feminine power and responsibility for myself as a woman
To stop comparing myself to other women and instead embrace my own soul essence and appreciate theirs
To stop seeing all men as threats, pigs, jesters, man-children, and f-boys
To respect myself- my energy, desires, pleasures, needs, time, love, and gifts- and to discern who is worthy of it
Being a woman was never the problem.
It was the mentality of being a good little girl that conditions us to see ourselves as powerless and be obsessed with other’s perception that turned us into women blinded to our own power
It’s time to see who it is you truly are
It’s time to exit the yo-yo game of “not enough” or “too much”
It’s time to reclaim your power and love being a woman
This 3 part series is where to start.
